These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Stiqi, including the Stiqi mobile application, website, features, content, subscriptions, keys, sticker packs, and related services.

Stiqi is operated by LLC “Learny Technologies”.

By downloading, accessing, or using Stiqi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Stiqi.

2. About Stiqi

Stiqi is a mobile application that allows users to:

create Personal Sticker Packs from uploaded photos;
generate preview stickers;
unlock full Personal Sticker Packs;
browse ready-made Regular Sticker Packs;
access Premium Packs;
access Exclusive Collections;
export stickers to messaging platforms;
purchase keys;
subscribe to Premium.

Each Personal Sticker Pack contains 15 stickers.

Stiqi may use AI-based processing and third-party service providers, including OpenAI, to generate stickers from user-uploaded photos.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stiqi.

By using Stiqi, you confirm that:

you are at least 13 years old;
you have the legal right to use the service;
you will comply with these Terms;
you will not use Stiqi for illegal, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may need permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Stiqi or make purchases.

4. Account Registration and Access

Stiqi may allow users to use the app through:

anonymous Firebase user accounts;
linked accounts;
email login;
Apple sign-in;
Google sign-in;
other supported authentication methods.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and device.

You agree not to:

share your account with unauthorized users;
access another person’s account;
attempt to bypass authentication or payment systems;
abuse restore purchase or account linking systems;
use Stiqi in a way that harms the service or other users.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Stiqi if we believe your account violates these Terms, applicable law, safety requirements, or platform rules.

5. Personal Packs

Personal Packs are sticker packs generated from a user-uploaded photo.

To create a Personal Pack, you may need to upload or take a photo, including a face photo.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

you own the photo or have permission to use it;
you have the right to upload the photo to Stiqi;
if the photo contains another person, you have that person’s permission;
the photo does not violate any law, third-party rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or intellectual property rights;
the photo does not contain prohibited content.

Each Personal Pack contains 15 stickers.

Stiqi may generate preview stickers before the full pack is unlocked.

6. Regular Packs

Regular Packs are ready-made sticker packs that do not require uploading a personal photo.

Regular Packs may include:

free packs;
Premium Packs;
Exclusive Collections;
limited-time packs;
seasonal packs;
trending packs;
other ready-made sticker content.

Access to some Regular Packs may require Premium, a separate purchase, or other conditions shown inside the app.

7. Preview Stickers

Stiqi may allow users to generate preview stickers before unlocking a full Personal Pack.

Preview stickers are provided to help users evaluate the style and result before unlocking the full pack.

Preview results may vary.

Preview stickers may be stored in your account so you can return to them later, unless you delete your account or the content is removed under these Terms.

8. Keys

Stiqi may use a virtual item called Keys.

Keys may be used to unlock Personal Packs.

Unless otherwise stated inside the app:

1 Key unlocks 1 full Personal Sticker Pack
each unlocked Personal Pack contains 15 stickers
keys may be purchased through supported in-app purchase systems
keys may also be included in Premium
purchased keys do not expire unless required by law, platform rules, or stated otherwise at the time of purchase
keys have no cash value
keys cannot be transferred, exchanged, resold, or redeemed for money
keys are linked to your account or app store entitlement system

We may update key bundles, pricing, availability, or promotional offers from time to time.

9. Premium Subscription

Stiqi may offer a paid Premium subscription.

Premium may include benefits such as:

10 monthly keys
access to Premium Packs;
access to Exclusive Collections or limited drops where available;
No Watermark;
Priority Generation;
other benefits shown inside the app.

Premium benefits may change over time. The current benefits will be shown in the app before purchase.

Premium may be offered as:

monthly subscription;
yearly subscription;
other subscription plans made available in the app.

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchase the subscription.

10. Payments, Billing, and App Stores

All in-app purchases, subscriptions, key purchases, and other paid features are processed through:

Apple App Store
Google Play

We do not directly process your payment card details.

When you make a purchase, you are also subject to the payment terms, refund rules, cancellation rules, and platform policies of Apple or Google.

Prices may vary by:

country;
currency;
app store;
taxes;
promotions;
platform fees;
local regulations.

Stiqi may display local pricing inside the app.

11. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Premium subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through the relevant app store.

Deleting the Stiqi app may not cancel your subscription.

Deleting your Stiqi account may not automatically cancel your subscription if the subscription is managed by Apple or Google.

To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription through the app store where you purchased it.

12. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the rules of the platform where the purchase was made.

For purchases made through Apple App Store, refund requests are generally handled by Apple.

For purchases made through Google Play, refund requests are generally handled by Google.

Stiqi does not control Apple’s or Google’s refund decisions.

We may provide support where possible, but we cannot guarantee refunds unless required by law or platform rules.

13. User Content

“User Content” means any content you submit, upload, generate, create, store, or use through Stiqi, including:

uploaded photos;
face photos;
preview stickers;
generated stickers;
Personal Packs;
account information;
support messages;
any other content you provide to Stiqi.

You retain any rights you have in your original uploaded content.

By uploading content to Stiqi, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, transmit, modify, generate, display, and use that content only as necessary to:

provide Stiqi;
generate stickers;
store your packs;
allow exports;
provide support;
maintain security;
enforce these Terms;
comply with legal obligations.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos.

14. Generated Stickers and Rights

Stiqi allows you to generate stickers based on uploaded photos and selected styles.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated stickers for personal communication and personal sharing.

You are responsible for how you use generated stickers.

You must not use generated stickers:

to impersonate another person;
to deceive others;
to harass, bully, threaten, or defame anyone;
for illegal purposes;
to violate another person’s rights;
in a misleading, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexual, exploitative, or unlawful way;
in a way that violates app store rules, messaging platform rules, or third-party rights.

Stiqi does not guarantee that generated stickers are unique, exclusive, copyrightable, commercially usable, or legally clear for all purposes.

If you plan to use generated stickers commercially, you are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions.

15. AI and Generated Content Disclaimer

Stiqi may use AI-based processing to generate stickers.

Generated content may be:

inaccurate;
unexpected;
imperfect;
visually different from the uploaded photo;
not an exact likeness;
affected by input quality, selected style, technical limitations, or third-party provider behavior.

Stiqi does not guarantee:

perfect likeness;
exact identity matching;
consistent quality;
error-free generation;
uninterrupted generation;
that generated stickers will meet your expectations.

You understand that generated stickers are creative outputs and may vary between attempts.

16. No AI Training From Uploaded Photos

We do not use uploaded photos or generated stickers to train our own AI models.

We also do not intentionally use uploaded photos or generated stickers to train third-party AI models.

Photos may be processed by third-party providers, including OpenAI, only as needed to provide sticker generation and related functionality.

17. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not use Stiqi to upload, generate, store, share, or distribute content that:

is illegal;
violates another person’s rights;
contains sexual exploitation or abuse;
exploits or harms minors;
contains non-consensual intimate imagery;
promotes hate, harassment, or violence;
threatens or encourages self-harm or harm to others;
contains graphic violence or extreme abuse;
impersonates another person without permission;
is defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading;
violates privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contractual rights;
contains malware, spam, or harmful code;
attempts to bypass security, moderation, payments, or app restrictions.

You must not:

upload photos of other people without permission;
use Stiqi to create misleading identity-based content;
reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or attack the service;
abuse free previews, keys, subscriptions, or promotions;
sell or transfer accounts, keys, or entitlements;
use Stiqi in violation of app store or messaging platform rules.

18. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We may, but are not required to, review, remove, restrict, or disable access to content or accounts if we believe that:

these Terms were violated;
the content may be illegal, harmful, abusive, or unsafe;
the content violates third-party rights;
the account is involved in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity;
removal is necessary to protect Stiqi, users, service providers, or the public;
we are required to do so by law, platform rules, or service provider requirements.

We may take actions including:

removing content;
disabling exports;
limiting access;
suspending accounts;
terminating accounts;
blocking future use;
reporting illegal activity where required.

19. App Permissions

Stiqi may request access to:

camera;
photo library;
push notifications;
device storage;
other permissions needed to provide app functionality.

You can manage permissions through your device settings.

If permissions are denied, some features may not work.

20. Export to Third-Party Platforms

Stiqi may allow users to export stickers to third-party platforms, such as:

WhatsApp;
Telegram;
iMessage;
Gallery;
other supported destinations.

Third-party platforms are not controlled by Stiqi.

Your use of exported stickers on third-party platforms is subject to those platforms’ own terms, policies, technical limitations, and moderation rules.

Stiqi is not responsible for third-party platform behavior, availability, export limitations, account restrictions, or policy enforcement.

21. Intellectual Property

Stiqi, including its name, logo, design, software, features, interface, graphics, branding, website, app structure, and proprietary content, is owned by or licensed to LLC “Learny Technologies”.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Stiqi except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

22. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback, bug reports, feature requests, or improvements, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

We may use feedback to improve Stiqi, develop new features, or modify existing services.

23. Availability and Changes to Stiqi

We may change, suspend, discontinue, or limit Stiqi or any part of it at any time.

This includes changes to:

features;
sticker styles;
pack availability;
Premium benefits;
key bundles;
pricing;
free previews;
export destinations;
supported platforms;
app design;
technical infrastructure.

We do not guarantee that Stiqi will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

24. Beta Features and Experimental Features

Some Stiqi features may be experimental, beta, limited, or available only to certain users.

Beta or experimental features may:

change without notice;
produce unexpected results;
be removed;
have limited support;
contain bugs or errors.

25. Termination

You may stop using Stiqi at any time.

You may also delete your account through the app where available.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Stiqi if:

you violate these Terms;
you misuse the service;
you violate laws or third-party rights;
your use creates risk for Stiqi, users, partners, or service providers;
we are required to do so by law or platform rules.

After termination, you may lose access to:

your account;
Personal Packs;
preview stickers;
generated stickers;
keys;
Premium features;
saved content;
export functionality.

Some provisions of these Terms will continue to apply after termination where necessary, including sections related to intellectual property, payments, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution.

26. Account Deletion

Stiqi provides an account deletion option inside the app dashboard.

The expected path is:

Profile / Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account

When you delete your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize your account information, uploaded photos, preview stickers, generated sticker packs, Personal Packs, and stored user content connected with your account.

Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or backup purposes.

27. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stiqi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

merchantability;
fitness for a particular purpose;
non-infringement;
availability;
accuracy;
reliability;
quality;
security;
uninterrupted service;
error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that:

generation results will meet your expectations;
generated stickers will be accurate or perfect;
exports will work with every third-party platform;
all packs will remain available;
Premium benefits will remain unchanged forever;
the app will always be available.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLC “Learny Technologies”, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for:

indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages;
loss of data;
loss of profits;
loss of revenue;
loss of business;
loss of goodwill;
account loss;
failed generation;
failed export;
platform restrictions;
third-party service failures;
unauthorized use of uploaded content by users;
misuse of generated stickers by users.

Our total liability for any claim related to Stiqi will be limited to the amount you paid to Stiqi in the three months before the claim arose, or USD $50, whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

29. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LLC “Learny Technologies”, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

your use of Stiqi;
your uploaded photos;
your generated stickers;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of law;
your violation of third-party rights;
your misuse of Stiqi;
your use of another person’s photo without permission.

30. Third-Party Services

Stiqi may rely on third-party services, including:

Google Firebase;
OpenAI;
Hetzner;
Apple App Store;
Google Play;
messaging platforms;
analytics and diagnostics providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, rules, pricing, moderation, platform changes, or data practices except where required by law.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify you through:

the app;
the website;
email;
app store update notes;
another reasonable method.

The updated Terms will be effective when posted, unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of Stiqi after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

32. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer located in another country, you may have additional rights under your local laws that cannot be waived by these Terms.
