Account & Data Deletion Policy

This Account & Data Deletion Policy explains how users can delete their Stiqi account and what happens to account data, uploaded photos, preview stickers, generated stickers, and related information after deletion.

Stiqi is operated by LLC “Learny Technologies”.

This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

2. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Stiqi account directly inside the app.

The expected account deletion path is:

Profile / Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account

After selecting Delete Account, you may be asked to confirm your decision.

Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, you may lose access to your account, generated sticker packs, preview stickers, uploaded photos, keys, Premium status, and other app data connected with your account.


3. What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your Stiqi account, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize data connected with your account, including:

  • account information;
  • Firebase user account data connected with Stiqi;
  • uploaded photos;
  • face photos uploaded for sticker generation;
  • preview stickers;
  • generated stickers;
  • Personal Sticker Packs;
  • saved user content;
  • app profile data;
  • account settings;
  • stored pack history connected with your account;
  • user-specific data stored in Firebase database/storage.

Each Personal Sticker Pack contains 15 stickers. If your Personal Packs are stored in your account, they will be deleted or made inaccessible after account deletion.


4. Preview Stickers and Generated Sticker Packs

Stiqi may store preview stickers and generated sticker packs in your account so that you can return to them, unlock them, restore them, or export them later.

When you delete your account:

  • preview stickers connected with your account will be deleted or made inaccessible;
  • generated sticker packs connected with your account will be deleted or made inaccessible;
  • Personal Packs connected with your account will be deleted or made inaccessible.

After deletion, these items may not be recoverable.


5. Uploaded Photos

Stiqi allows users to upload photos, including face photos, to create Personal Sticker Packs.

Uploaded original photos may be stored for up to 30 days after generation for service reliability, retry, debugging, and abuse prevention purposes.

When you delete your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete uploaded photos connected with your account, unless we are required to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.


6. Pack Deletion

In the current MVP version of Stiqi, users may not be able to delete individual sticker packs separately.

If individual pack deletion is not available, you can delete all account-connected packs by deleting your Stiqi account.

Future versions of Stiqi may include separate pack deletion functionality.


7. What May Not Be Deleted Immediately

Some information may not be deleted immediately or may be retained for a limited period where necessary.

This may include:

  • transaction records maintained by Apple App Store or Google Play;
  • purchase and entitlement records needed to restore purchases or resolve disputes;
  • information required for legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations;
  • information needed for fraud prevention, security, or abuse investigations;
  • customer support communications;
  • anonymized or aggregated analytics;
  • backup copies until backup deletion cycles are completed.

We do not use retained information to continue providing your deleted account content after account deletion.


8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Purchases

Deleting your Stiqi account does not necessarily cancel your Premium subscription if the subscription is managed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

To cancel a Premium subscription and avoid future charges, you must cancel it through the app store where you purchased it:

  • Apple App Store account settings;
  • Google Play subscription settings.

Stiqi does not directly control Apple or Google subscription billing, cancellation, refund, or payment processing.

If you purchased keys, Premium, or other paid features, some purchase-related records may be retained as required by Apple, Google, accounting rules, fraud prevention, tax law, or dispute resolution needs.


9. Deletion Timeframe

We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days.

In many cases, deletion may be completed sooner.

Some data may remain in encrypted or protected backups for up to 90 days after deletion, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.


10. Can Deleted Accounts Be Restored?

Account deletion is intended to be permanent.

After your account is deleted, we may not be able to restore:

  • uploaded photos;
  • preview stickers;
  • generated stickers;
  • Personal Packs;
  • account settings;
  • key balance;
  • app profile data.

Some purchase entitlements may be restorable through Apple App Store or Google Play restore purchase mechanisms, depending on platform rules and technical availability.

However, restoring purchases may not restore deleted user-generated content.


11. Anonymous Accounts

Stiqi may allow users to start using the app with an anonymous Firebase account before linking an email, Apple, or Google account.

If you delete an anonymous account or lose access to the device/account before linking it, you may permanently lose access to:

  • preview stickers;
  • generated sticker packs;
  • key balance;
  • Premium or purchase-related app state;
  • saved content connected with that anonymous account.

We recommend linking your account if you want to preserve access across devices.


12. Manual Deletion Requests

If you cannot access the app or cannot delete your account through the app dashboard, you may contact us manually at:

support@stiqi.app

Please include enough information for us to identify your account, such as:

  • the email address linked to your Stiqi account;
  • your Apple or Google login email, if applicable;
  • your user ID, if available;
  • screenshots or purchase identifiers, if relevant.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a manual deletion request.


13. Data That Has Already Been Exported

Stiqi allows users to export stickers to third-party platforms, such as messaging apps or device galleries.

Account deletion from Stiqi does not delete stickers that you have already exported, saved, shared, or sent outside Stiqi.

For example, if you exported stickers to:

  • WhatsApp;
  • Telegram;
  • iMessage;
  • Gallery;
  • another third-party platform;

you may need to delete those stickers directly from those platforms or your device, depending on the platform’s features and rules.

Stiqi does not control third-party platforms or content already exported outside the Stiqi app.


14. Analytics and Aggregated Data

After account deletion, we may retain anonymized or aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably identify you.

This may include general product statistics, such as:

  • number of packs generated;
  • number of exports;
  • app performance metrics;
  • crash trends;
  • feature usage trends.

We use this information to improve Stiqi, monitor performance, and understand product usage.


15. Legal and Safety Retention

We may retain limited information if necessary to:

  • comply with legal obligations;
  • enforce our Terms of Use;
  • prevent fraud or abuse;
  • investigate security incidents;
  • resolve disputes;
  • comply with tax or accounting requirements;
  • respond to legal requests;
  • protect Stiqi, users, partners, service providers, or the public.

When data is retained for these purposes, we limit retention to what is reasonably necessary.


16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Account & Data Deletion Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify you through:

  • the Stiqi app;
  • the Stiqi website;
  • email;
  • app store update notes;
  • another reasonable method.

The updated policy will be effective when posted, unless otherwise stated.
