3. Account and Login Support

  • app profile issues.

  • the email address linked to your Stiqi account;
  • your Apple or Google login email, if applicable;

  • your app version;
  • screenshots of the issue, if helpful.

Do not send passwords or sensitive payment card information.


4. Account Deletion Requests

You can delete your Stiqi account inside the app.

The expected path is:

Profile / Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account

If you cannot access the app or cannot delete your account from the app dashboard, contact us at:

support@stiqi.app

Please include enough information for us to identify your account.

5. Privacy Requests

You may contact us at support@stiqi.app for privacy-related requests, including:

  • access to your personal information;
  • correction of inaccurate information;
  • deletion requests;
  • questions about uploaded photos;
  • questions about generated stickers;
  • questions about Firebase, OpenAI, or analytics processing;
  • objections or restrictions related to processing;
  • questions about your privacy rights.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain privacy requests.

6. Purchase, Premium, and Keys Support

Stiqi may offer:

  • Premium subscriptions;
  • key purchases;
  • key bundles;
  • Premium Packs;
  • Exclusive Collections.

Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

For billing, refunds, cancellation, or subscription management, you may need to use the platform where you made the purchase:

  • Apple App Store account settings;
  • Google Play subscription settings.

Deleting the Stiqi app or deleting your Stiqi account may not automatically cancel an active Premium subscription managed by Apple or Google.

If you contact us about a purchase issue, please include:

  • the platform used for purchase: Apple App Store or Google Play;
  • approximate purchase date;
  • product purchased;
  • screenshots or transaction references, if available.

Do not send full payment card details.


7. Report Abuse or Prohibited Content

  • abusive generated content;
  • illegal content;

We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other action if we believe our Terms of Use, safety rules, platform requirements, or applicable laws have been violated.

Generated stickers may vary depending on:

  • uploaded photo quality;
  • selected style;
  • face visibility;
  • lighting;
  • technical limitations;
  • AI generation behavior.

If you experience a generation issue, contact us with:

  • screenshots, if possible;

Please do not send sensitive photos by email unless necessary for support.
