Keys unlock Personal Packs
A Key is used to unlock a Personal Pack. The rule is straightforward: 1 Key unlocks 1 Personal Pack.
A Personal Pack is made from an uploaded face, pet, or couple photo and contains 15 stickers. Before unlocking, you can preview the pack so you know what you are about to use your Key on.
How to use a Key, step by step
- Choose a clear face, pet, or couple photo.
- Create a Personal Pack preview from that photo.
- Review the style, expression, and overall feel of the preview.
- If it feels right, use 1 Key to unlock the complete 15-sticker Personal Pack.
- Export or share the unlocked pack to chats where supported.
What to check before unlocking
Treat the preview as your decision point. Check that the subject is recognizable, the style suits the photo, and the reactions feel useful for the way you chat.
- The face, pet, or pair is clear and easy to recognize.
- The preview feels consistent with the style you selected.
- You would genuinely use the reactions in conversation.
- You are ready to keep this complete 15-sticker pack.
If you are not ready to use a Key
Pause at the preview. Try another source photo if the subject is too dark, too small, or hard to recognize. A Key is used only when you choose to unlock a Personal Pack, so make that decision after the preview feels right.
Keys and Premium
Premium includes monthly Keys, which makes it easier to keep creating new Personal Packs over time.
Keys are separate from Regular Packs. Regular Packs are ready-made sticker packs and do not need a Key or photo upload.
Keys and Regular Packs are different
Keys belong to the Personal Pack flow. Regular Packs are ready-made collections that you can browse without uploading a photo, and they are not unlocked with a Key.
