How to choose the best photo for a Personal Pack

A better starting photo can make your Personal Pack preview easier to judge. Use one clear face or pet photo, then unlock the full 15-sticker pack only when the preview feels right.

Start with one clear subject

Personal Packs work from one uploaded photo. Choose a photo where the face or pet is easy to see and not hidden by heavy shadows, motion blur, or a busy background.

A single, obvious subject gives you the clearest preview to judge. If other people, pets, or objects compete for attention, choose a simpler frame before you start.

Use bright, simple lighting

Soft daylight or a bright indoor photo usually makes facial features, fur, and expression easier to read. Try to keep the strongest light in front of the subject instead of directly behind them.

You do not need a professional camera. A sharp phone photo is a strong starting point when the subject is well lit and separated from the background.

Check the crop and angle

Make sure the most recognizable features stay inside the frame. For a face, leave room around the hair and chin. For a pet, keep the ears, eyes, and the shape of the head visible whenever possible.

A front-facing or gentle three-quarter angle is usually easier to recognize than an extreme side view. Choose the angle that looks most like the person or pet in everyday life.

Face photo and pet photo tips

  • For a face: choose an expression you like, keep the eyes visible, and avoid heavy blur or a hand covering most of the face.
  • For a pet: make the pet the main subject and choose a moment when the eyes and expression are easy to see.
  • For either: avoid a very small subject inside a wide group or landscape photo.

Five-point photo checklist

  1. There is one clear main subject.
  2. The face or pet is sharp enough to recognize.
  3. Light reaches the front of the subject.
  4. Important features are not cut off by the crop.
  5. The background does not overpower the subject.

If the first preview misses the mark

Do not rush to unlock it. Compare the preview with the original photo and decide what feels off: recognition, expression, lighting, or crop. Then choose a clearer photo that solves that specific problem and preview again.

Preview before using a Key

The preview is there so you can check the style and overall feel before unlocking. Use 1 Key only when the Personal Pack looks like something you want to keep.

Each unlocked Personal Pack contains 15 stickers. Regular Packs are ready-made and do not require a photo upload.
